Corporate and MICE

Team meetings, incentives and away days in a place where the activity is not a room with a projector.

Capacity:
From 10 to more than 50 people
Duration:
Day pass or multi-day programmes

The corporate format here rests on what the estate does well: outdoor group activities, its own kitchen and a setting that forces you to switch off. It is the opposite of a city hotel meeting room.

The day pass works very well for large groups, and the per-person rate drops as the group grows. It includes a guided ecological walk, lunch and use of the exclusive beach, the natural pool and the viewpoints.

For multi-day programmes, accommodation is combined with team-building experiences: the banana tour, the weaving workshop with the Arhuaco family, tubing on the Don Diego River, or the cooking tour where the team cooks together.

We also run social responsibility programmes: tree planting in the Sierra Nevada and visits to the indigenous communities with a direct contribution, which is the kind of activity companies look for and rarely find with a real operation behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a meeting room with a projector and WiFi?

Let us be clear: this is not a convention venue. There is WiFi in the common areas and large spaces outdoors and under cover, but mobile signal is intermittent and the estate runs on solar power. For a conference with back-to-back presentations, this is not the place. For a team away day or an incentive, it is hard to beat.

How does a large group get there?

By bus from Santa Marta, one hour twenty minutes along the Troncal del Caribe. We arrange the transport as an add-on. There is parking at the estate for your own vehicles.
