Unique Colombia S.A.S is a Colombian tour operator with its own accommodation. We do not resell: what we offer, we run.
How it started
The company was founded in 2011 on an idea that sounded odd at the time: that tourism in the Sierra Nevada could be done differently. Not as a quick stop between Cartagena and Tayrona, but by staying, understanding the place and leaving something in it.
Since then we have developed accommodation in nature reserve areas, country houses, beach cabins and estates that meet standards of ecological responsibility. At the heart of that operation is La Jorará Eco Hotel, at km 62.5 on the Santa Marta – Palomino road, between Tayrona Park and Palomino.
The destinations we choose are unique and special, rich in flora and fauna, right for travellers who want to build their own itinerary in exclusive, untamed places considered sacred by the ancestral communities. Some of them declared World Heritage by Unesco.
Today we run accommodation, experiences, events and real estate along the strip of coast and mountain from Tayrona Park to La Guajira, plus a villa in Villa de Leyva and an apartment in Bogotá.
